In Sensaciones y Regalos our main objective is give to our customers an excellent service with quality and punctuality, that is why we are also ready to receive giving backs as long as the reason is products damage or defect or for our mistakes at the deliver moment, this products to be send back must fill the following requirement.
" The product must be in its original pack and not be used.
" If the deliver address is not correct, or nobody is at home, or the person does not live there, or the person simply does not want to receive the gift, not being our mistake or something that we can not handle, the order must be entirely cancelled if the product is not lasting (cakes, chocolates, flowers, basket gift) if is not, you must only pay the administration cost (US 6.00) plus the cost of the product of deliver and pick up.
"If the product is returned for damage or defect, or for our mistakes, Sensaciones y Regalos will be in change of picking it up and replace it for a new one.
"For any reason will give money back for exception if Sensaciones y Regalos does not deliver the product the date indicated without a previous warning to the customer, as long as the product has been bought 3 days required with anticipation.
"To avoid that the products will be give back because at the deliver moment there was nobody at home or the person has change address, is necessary for us in the moment you make the purchase order, the phone number of who receive the product, in case the address indicate and in case of giving back changes plus the administration cost, that has a value of (US 6.00).
" For all kind of giving backs is necessary to show the purchase order copy or the mail that is send at the moments you make the purchase, without this requirement your claim will not be consider.
